Unknown charge from BellTV

Checked my online banking credit card balance this morning, and there is a charge of $4.52 on my credit card. I know there is a new fee that suppose to take effect this month, but that is strange that they would just take it directly from my credit card without notifying me first.

Anybody else got this charge?
 
I JUST got my Bell Bill in the mail.. It's actually sitting on the desk beside me :)

It seems the same as usual. There are no new or unusual charges.
 
Maybe they were slow at getting the price increases through their system and are taking them as a separate charge.

Did you check your account on their web site?
