Unknown Caller ID

Hi,

When receiving calls on my W705i, it always displays unknown caller. How do I set it up so that it does? And also, is it possible to set up picture caller id?

Usually that happens when the person calling you is blocking their number. But, depending on your cellular carrier, you may have to pay for Caller ID (which sounds odd, but you never know).
Try going to Sony Ericsson - Support - W705a - Software and try updating/reinstalling your firmware.

As for adding pictures to your contacts, just edit the contact, on the middle screen tab, you should be able to assign pictures, ringtones, whatever you want.
