Hi guys...so i have a blackberry tour and i have no idea what was pushed but when i make a call now there is a gray box with what looks like a diagonal line of + signs ...kinda like this

but those signs are in that gray box...it also doesn't allow me to put the phone on speaker how do i get rid of it?
