University of Western Ontario OR Toronto?

so i plan on going to either University of Western Ontario or University of Toronto for business.
but i need help choosing!
i live in the GTA, so going to U of Toronto would mean staying home.
but going to U of Western Ontario would mean dorming.
money's not an issue.
