University of Sacramento college?

i KNOW there is a University in Sacramento, i've been there. so dont tell there isnt. if you can, please just answer these questions for me:

is it extreamly expensive if your out of state? i mean i know its more expensive but compared to other schools.

is it a nice school and campus?

is it extreamly hard to get into? (like... would you need straight A's in high school to get in?) harder then the university of Wisconsin?
