ok...so my friend attends UOP...just because the give her a big fat check every semester (financial aid refund) lol...not that she is attending college for refunds...what I mean is that she attends UOP because of the check...
...she is supposed to get a $6,000 refund check for last semester (which she has been waiting for a while now)...their excuse is that she is getting more than a lot of students so she'll be one of the last ones to receive her check...how the hell is she getting a 6,000 check?????...she's an online student and she doesn't pay for anything...she hardly does ANY school work....I just don't get it...I hear of lots of ppl complaining about hoe expensive UOP is and that their financial aid doesnt cover for everything...I mean she works...and she makes a decent amount for someone who doesn't pay for ANYTHING...I just don't get it...plus I heard about this financial aid lawsuit against UOP...I don't know anything about this school...I just want information...help please...only if you know...
I asked her about how the semesters work and she doesn't know...she never takes a break from school...I don't get that either bc in most schools there is always in between semesters...I just don't get...can anyone help me...thanks.
I want to finish my BA and I will start in November but she is pressuring me to go to Phoenix...I just don't know...I don' t want to be scammed...and I don't want her to receive a bill after she graduates (that she cannot pay for)
