...some questions for me? Hi.
I'm a senior in High school and was looking at colleges when I stumbled upon University of Louisiana at Lafayette. I've researched it quite a bit, but there are still a lot of questions I have about both the school and the state.
First off, I currently live in California and have lived here my whole life. What's life like in Louisiana? Does it get any hotter in LA compared to Southern California(I'm not the biggest fan of heat)? My Mom had a friend who attended here and said "You don't want to go to college in Louisiana, it's a dumbsh*t school", but since I wasn't present I couldn't tell if she was just joking or actually serious. Any experiences or advice about the school or state would be much appreciated.
And P.S., I do not agree with the quote above! Sorry if that offended anyone!
