University: Is it safe to sell back college textbooks via a website that claims

to pay for the shipping? I'm a little worried I'll never see those books again.
How does selling books online instead of selling them back at the university bookstore in person or another store nearby the university in person benefit over doing it online if there are any benefits, or vice versa?
How does online selling really work anyway?
