So I'm a sophomore in a Canadian high school, and I've just sent a lot of emails to universities introducing myself. You see, I'm a Canadian National Team Soccer Player, and I've been looking for a scholarship. I don't want to sound cocky, but I am really good. In the email, I introduced myself, but spelt Canadian as Candian (Yes I know really bad mistake) and I've as I"ve. I've attached my actual resume in the email, and the resume is perfect; no mistakes. Do you think these spelling mistakes will affect my chances of getting a scholarship?
And do you really think the will think I'm an idiot just because of that?! I'm so scared.
I've sent my grades in and my GPA is a 4.0.
I'm so angry at myself.
Oh and do you think they'll notice it? Those two mistakes are in 2 paragraphs, one for each paragraph. Thanks for your help!
Please no rude comments; it hurts my self esteem.
