University - Edinburgh college of Art or Bournemouth Arts Institute?

Hi guys - whats it like studying at either of these colleges? I'm a bit bummed, im doing a foundation at the moment at an art college, but its not the Uni experience i expected. No freshers week, hardly any events, we have a crappy SU bar, and the town is so small there are only pubs. Could you shed some light on what its like at these 2 areas / colleges/ uni life ? thanks
