University admissions and financial packages?

When universities send out letters of admission, do all of them tell you what kind of financial package you would get if you enrolled?

In particular, I'm asking about the Universities of California (UCs), Stanford, and USC.

No. Admissions letters come from the admissions office. Financial awards come from the financial aid office, they are in no relation to each other. You will get your award letter when the schools send them out in April. This is provided that your FAFSA has been filled out correctly and on time, and that they have everything they need to process you file.
