OK so I want to get into a pretty good university like an Ivy or Michigan State. However I'm not a US citizen and not from Canada either. Is there a fixed number of students from every country that each school with accept? Usually how many students get scholarships and how much are they?
Can you apply with your own country's GPA and grading system in addition to SATs and ACTs? What's the difference between the two anyway? Sorry for being stupid. Is there a chance that someone with a GPA of 3.43 (in my country I think it's about 3.5-3.6 in the US) will get into UC Berkeley or Stanford? Also, are there any good schools for fashion designing or make-up and stuff?
Thanks in advance and I know I'm being very inquisitive:O
