Universities in Ireland (best for teaching degrees?)?

Im from the uk but i'd really lie to go to Ireland to study how to become a teacher at a university, and wanted help to choose which university is best, and also the courses.

And also if i got my qualifications in ireland, could i go back to England and become a teacher there?
