I am Canadian and we have universal health care as does almost every western power (UK, France, Sweden, Japan etc). Our system has some problems but I have never had to worry about medical bills and treatment is always available to any citizen who needs it. I watch U.S news and I can't believe how some of your politicians characterize health care in other countries (it is pretty darn good actually). Why does America not have Universal Health Care? You don't really believe you will become socialist country do you? Are you not angry that Insurance Companies who provide coverage are only interested in making money? Why would such a rich and powerful country not have universal health care? I do not understand what the problem is, hopefully someone can tell me why the average citizens have not made their politicians pass UHC legislation?
