Unit awards from the Marine Corps to Army! How do I get them on my record in the army?

Im about to get out of the Marine Corps in 2 months! Im planning on going into the Army, if i receive a unit award from the Marine Corps while im in the Army how will i get it onto my record to be authorized to wear it?
