I'm not from around here so I was wondering if someone could clue me on on the best stores to shop. NOT THE MALL, not jc penny ew, nothing too expensive either. Just boutique clothing stores that aren't over priced. That have cute clothes, unique would be nice. I don't want to walk into one that has a shirt for $98. Something a lot more affordable. I just don't want to be wearing the same thing everyone else does.
