I dont have insurance or any money, thats why I come here for advice instead of the Dr.

Yesterday when I woke up I had a huge hurge to vomit, I did and it went away fast, but I felt sick all day, just sickly no real sympoms I could point to. Then last night I had to urinate. I went to the bathroom to do so, and while peeing the vomiting feeling came back. However, before I could vommit my head became foggy (dizzy, blacking out, etc). My body began to shake un controllably, my whole body. I felt as if I was about to fall, I grabbed onto the counter and doorknob to stop myself. Then all of a sudden it stopped and I felt fine the sick feeling, the shaking, the dizzyness all subsided at once. What was it? Should I go to the Dr anyway, or wait until it happens again if it does? I just dont know what to do.

I am not on any medication, I take multi vitamins daily. I had a gastric bypass in 2004, I went from 365lbs to 180lbs, in almost 8 months. My weight has stayed around 180-200lbs since then. I have been diagnosed with PTSD, Major Depressions, General anxiety, and dependant personality disorder. I have been on lexipro and other depression and anxiety meRAB, caludipin and other benzios. I use to be an alcholic, but havent drunk a sip in over 6 months. I also had an addiction to cocaine for about a year, but havent used that any other street drugs in almost 3 years.

Honestly, I have no idea. Could you possibly have a slight case of the flu? I know when I've had the flu before, I can feel ok, then sicker than all get out. I may throw up, feel better for some time, then back at it again. It could be that.
Hope you're feeling better. If it persists, you may have to be looked at.
Good luck!!
