unexplainable weird stomach pains?

Lately I have been getting really bad stomach pains and I dont know why.. I drink about once a week. But I dont think that is the probelm, I have had stomach pains from drinking and it's not like these at all.. it's like I get a shocking twisting pain in the left side of my stomach, I KNOW I can not be pregnant, I haven't had sex since Sep. Anyway, could anyone tell me what it could be? I have no clue what it is..
 
If the pain isn't continous, it's most definately menstrual cramping. Talk to the pharmasist.
 
maybe it is really bad cramping from gas. try taking something to see if it relieves it.
