Unearthly book project ideas/help?

hey!!! ok i have a project due tuesday and its for reading a book (done). then you have to grab a 2 liter bottle and design it based on its theme.

i think the theme is you decide your fate

we have to put at least 5 symbols that represent the book and theme
i have
1. angel wings
that's it i'm stumped
