Has anyone ever listened to the minutemen. They were apart of the whole punk movement (their label was with sst aka black flag, meat puppets) but they were far from it. Hard to explain they are like jazz influenced punk...maybe "funk".
If you want something diffrent and something just amazing...give these guys a chance. It's really changed my prespective on music and I believe it has really matured my tastes as well.
