Our homework was to answer questions about a political cartoon, but I don't understand it. The cartoon is called "The Responsibilities of the Citizen", it shows a bunch of people standing around saying "Gimme" and at the bottom it says "Democracy". What is the cartoon about? Can you just point me in the right direction, not just blatantly give me the answer. I don't want to cheat.
