I have only really seen them on BBC America - which shows a lot of C4 programs for example, not just BBC content.

Yeah I took it for that too. Apart from acting like an arse, some of his actions were boarding on being discriminatory or illegal anyway.
If them girls knew their rights, I think Hooters could have been subject to a few lawsuits (I reckon this was why it wasn't mention to him in front of the camera). Remember we only got to saw part of it, can you imagine what had been going on before the film crew was there?!
