underage sex??? and the law?

ok i know a girl who is 17, and her boyfriend is 15. they just broke up and now he wants to put an injunction against her and go to the police. she says that they had sex on numerous occassions eventhough she did not want to.
whats the worst that can happen to her because he is under age??
and can she get him reported for rape??

He is a naughty wee boy, I think he is just being manipulative and has no intention of going to the police.

Most 15- year old boys would think that all their birthdays had come at once, to have sex with a 17 year old girl. If this story is true, with no missing parts, I reckon the police would have difficulty taking him seriously.

He's a nasty little piece of work though, and no mistake. I reckon someone else is "putting him up" to this. It seems unlikely a 15 year old boy would be so vindictive, especially to a 17 year old woman who had been giving him sex.

Depends ENTIRELY on the laws of your unknown country and if it's a Federal country, on the laws of the State or Province.

I doubt very much if the police would take any action, so I don't think she has anything really to worry about.

She will probably get a caution, but she don't wanna go down the rape route unless it did really happen cos that is just wrong. Sounds like tit for tat to me, and the police will see through them both.
