Like if there's some kind of medical problem and the baby has to be delivered only after six months, and then has to be kept on a life support system and monitored for a while...
Would the day the baby is born be considered its birthday? Everyone is technically 9 months old when they are born, but start at 0 when they are delivered.
So would everyone consider this baby 1 year old after the day it is delivered 3 months early?
