...out of the lease contract legally? Please help if any one knows about legal mater in Massachusetts. Can I actually get out of a lease contract by law if my car got vandalized twice in one week? I've just signed the lease two months ago. I just moved here from another state; therefore, there are many things I am not familiar with around here. And this neighborhood where I live seems to be not a good place to stay. Thanks!
 
I think you can...if you need to leave right away, you may owe them the rent for the last month but they can by no means make you stay. google search <renters rights; Massachusetts>
