My husband and I are going on a trip this summer. He's 23, so I believe he would be charged extra per day just because of his age. Is there any way to get around this?
The policy just shouldn't apply to him - he is a professional truck driver. I probably only drive 20 miles a week, compared to his 2,000 a week. But because I'm over 25, I can rent a car without paying the fee.
Is the fee ever waived (other than for military officers who are on duty)?
