I am looking for under 21 clubs in the Philly area or as close to DE as possible. I am looking for one also on Saturday night that has 17 to party, because I know Roxxy does it on Friday nights. I'm 20 but my sister is coming up on Saturday and wanted to go! So if you could list off places to go, even on Friday nights. Please do! Thanks!
