Undecided?!?!

I am really undecided what phone I should buy. It's between the Lingo, Mini, r500, and the V3A. If you could please tell me which one you would recommend I would greatly appreciate it. I've heard the screen on the Mini is not that good but what do you think? My first option is the Lingo because I like the keyboard but it seems just like any other Kyocera but just with a keyboard. And I like the r500 because it has EVDO.

Do this: Make a list of features you want in a phone. Start with the features that are most important to you. These are features that are a MUST that you cannot do without! You can also make a secondary list for features that you would like, but aren't 1000% percent necessary to you.

Do that, and I or anyone else here can give you much better feedback.

*EDIT: And don't be too erabarrassed or ashamed to add "make calls" on the top of your list. Although this is a basic feature we all take for granted, that doesn't mean all phones are equal when it comes to placing calls on a particular network!

if you don't send at least 3000 text a month or don't care about the qwerty keyboard DO NOT get the lingo. any phone at the same price is better than it. the ONLY thing that is good (sic.) about the Lingo is the QWERTY keypad. otherwise it is a totally unimpresive phone. The mini is equally unimpressive, but it doesn't have a QWERTY keyboard. So that narrows you to the V3a or the r500. if you want music play or upgraded camera- r500, if you already have an iPod and you're like me and don't think cell phone make good camera's then you'll like the v3a. Motorola is excelent build quality despite all it's other overpriced shortcomings. the r500 will not transfer mp3, images, etc.. through bluetooth, and this is becoming an ever-increasingly important function even for many basic users.
