has there actually been any level of real testing done to just find the reason/generators of your pain? the chronic pain boards here are REALLY great with alot of very caring and knowledgable people who can help too. but finding out the real reasons for even having the type of pain you are, really does help as far as finding all the best ways of trying to treat it and keeping it the more tolerable ranges. believe me, i have about five major pain areas that are pretty severe, with some that do thankfully respond to narcotics and others that just wont due to what is actually generating that particular pain syndrome. but that IS why finding out what it simply causing any pain to just be there really is the best way to find out how to treat it.
knowing what if any testing you have had done along with what types of specialists, if any, that you have seen during the pain timeframe really would help me to try and help you in the very best ways. but do pop into the pain boards too. FB
