An unavailable number keeps calling my cell phone. They call like 20 times a day. I picked up once and said hello, nothing, said hello again and they hung up. So I just assumed that maybe they had the wrong number and it would stop. Wrong! They still keep calling. The only other time I answered I yelled into the phone to stop calling. Hasn't helped at all. I called Verizon and they said they can't help. I did look at my bill and find out the number calling me is 999-999-9999. Anybody else dealt with this? Who or what could it be and why would they just keep calling if they didn't want anything or leave a message? It is driving me crazy!

P.S. I also got a couple "restricted calls" in the middle of the night the other night but can't find that on my bill. I am assuming that is someone I know blocking me from seeing the number since it was 3am? What is the difference between restricted and unavailable?
