~im having the same problem right now. I noticed my bills been $40 a month more and called sprint , tech support said I downloaded from flycell. Dada mobile and have been charged monthley fees from them for 3 months! I never downloaded a thing from these sites! I looked at these sites and couldn't find anything that a blackberry could even support. They had me text stop to these companys and blocked them from accessing my account but only after theyed charged me roughly$120 dollars! I watch my account more closley now, duh, lesson learned. Hold ur ground and fight those charges. Good luck
 
I'm also t-mobile user. To my last bill they add 17.97 for Jamster service.
ProblemIs that I didn't order anything from jamster. When I talked to customer service they told me that previous owner of my number had jamster service, so without ask they just add it to my bill.
Nice, isn't?
Afterall I had to call jamster and they cancel "not mine service" for my number and t-mobile will send me check for what they add to the bill (17.97)
We will see if there will be any add on in next bill...

He was on prepaid sim. That means there is no way to bill your data so run it up all you

Verzion by going prepaid it lasted six months no bill. But they eventualy caught it and blocked me I was on the ez pay 50 and got three hundred minutes

That was that . On the other hand the day the blocked my data
Conection was the worse day of my life and by the next day I was in full blown withdrawl .
That's when I went to nextel with a recycled 7520 and now its
Almost ninety bucks a month.
And worth every penny so use it up then when the free ride is over you get a contract and a new berry.

~well heywoodj all I can say (read my posts above) is that my teenager had lucky "free data" , she was pre paid as well and as I stated above months later we DID receive a seperate bill for free data she used for 2 months charged at per kb rate too (hundreds of dollars) we tried to fight it,but she knew she was "prepaid" and used data anyway, and she was of adult age 18 so we were stuck..everything usually catches up to u in the end (at least for us) be it 2months or 90 days later. So I stand by my statement for songstress3 to be careful with "free data" , it might bite her in the end. If they can charge you for any service jamster or flycell, which u or I didn't use, they can certainly track down "free" data you did use. They did us and my sister in law (same prepaid phone service)
 
I'm currently not paying for my tmo data plan, because they updated their BB handheld software and provided free tzones but I had originally had a data plan that I paid for and then I canceled it and didn't download the software update, I called tmo and asked them if I was gonna be charged and they told me no as long as I didn't update my software
 
Hi i have a pda also and sprint wanted to charge me almost 300.00 fro games that were dowloaded in one night .I never download anything. My suggestion is to take it a company T-moble store. I have to do this tomorrow at Sprint. I noticed that something was wrong when my phone kept getting shut off , because i went over my spending limit. I tell you I was shock that someone can do this. I all started from receiving text messages from people i dont know. I dont even "text". I so think they hacked there way though texting , somehow, they were 30 games! They call this type of hacking "Tumbling". I wish you good luck alway check you phone usaged once a week like I do. Turn your phone off, and look for 3 party apps lik McAfee to protect your phone. T-Mobile Tried to get me too. Tried to charge me for texting someone in Peru?! I was like WTF! I only txt people who are in my phone book. So how is that possible? I threatin to go to Sprint... Case closed. They fixed my bill and gave me some free minutes.
 
long before i had my pearl i had a super crazy billing issue with TMO too. My phone bill said i was calling INDIA... but it was a local number!!! This call would happen all hours of the day/night and would last from 2-59 mins each. I called this number from my office phone and it was nothing but a never ending beeeeeeeeeep!!!!! Took me almost 4 months to convince them i wasn't sitting on the phone with this beep for almost an hour several times a day!! In the end i got credited over $600 for the issue!!!
