Unanble to "FREEZE" IMEI

When I attepmt to "FREEZE" my SL75 I get this message

Model: SIEMENS SL75 39 lg4
Phone is in "Service Mode" mode
IMEI: 357017002059288
SecurityStatus: FactoryMode
HWID: 411
Bcore model area is clean !!!
Accumulator Voltage: 3998 mV.
Checking values entered and necessary blocks...
IMEI: 357017002059288
Impossible to get Security information!

Please would someone advise my further?

That all seemed to work? However not all functions work correctly, I cant open contacts and the phone freezes. The only the way to correct it is to remove the battery?

Any Ideas
 
...don't try to write new bottcore!!!!
After you don't have possibility to make firmware upgrade, flash your phone....
If you maked, remain only the testpoint procedure to fullflash your phone with the original SL75 bootcore and unlock it with ReCalc Keys (change HASH and SKEY).
