Unable to send international texts on Zio-Error 79--help

I recented upgraded to the Zio on Cricket. I have always been able to text messages to the Philippines, using the Cricket unlimited international text feature. Now I get an error #79 when I try to text internationally, and the message does not get sent.

I called Cricket tech support for an answer, and after about 1 hour talking to two people, I just got an assurance that an advanced technician call me within 24 hours to resolve the problem. I still have not gotten the call after 26 hours.

I am using a Zio, and am on the android plan, and all other functions are currently working. Are there any Cricket folks out there that can help? And yes, the nurabers I tried to text are correct. The same text from a Messager II goes through even as the Zio text does not.

Help is appreciated.
 
I would like to troubleshoot this issue for you, but I can't do it without call examples. The logs for this system are pretty complicated and it a few examples (date, time, to & from) I think my team can get to the bottom of this pretty quickly.

PS...this is not a hox or fake reply..my team does actually support this.
