SELECT THE IOS 4.0!!!!!
not 4.0.1.
EVEN IF UR IPHONE ON 4.0.1. it will work
just put the firmware on redsn0w to 4.0.

THIS REDSN0W is only for iPhone 3g ..
you have to select 4.0 firmware for 3g only.
if u selecting 3gs ,, it means u r doing worng thing , coz software is not compatible for this version.
