Unable to get signal from Sat 82 Transponder 01

I have been viewing channels from both Sat. 91 and 82 at Orlando, Florida for years. Last month, after replaceing a new card for my 6100 which I received from Bell, I was not able to receive signal from Transponder 01 in Sat.82. Other Transponders in the same Sat are OK and all channels from Sat 91 are fine too.
Check switch result is OK for both odd and even in both Sat 91 and 82.
Any advice?

are you telling me you are picking up SAT 82 in Orlando with every transponder EXCEPT transponder 1? what kind of dish are you using, could it be a giant 8foot dish? Nimiq 4 is a very tricky bird, each region has its own EIRP levels.
 
Try the usual, LNBF, cable, connectors etc.

If all else fails move to a Canadian provider that has a footprint in your area.

I am using the regular Bell dish with two heads which I bought from Best Buy in Canada. I have been viewing all channels which I subscribed from both Sat 91 and Sat 82 including HD channels for two years. It was just not working since I replace the new card two weeks ago.
 
No way you are getting currently gettiing 82W in Orlando Florida with the exception maybe of TP2 & TP3.
 
Mocha, Bell replaced the 82 satellite with a new satellite 3 or 4 weeks ago. The new footprint for the satellite means that only Canada and states near the border get a signal.

Are you sure that you are getting a signal on all of the transponders on 82 except transponder 1?
