I just purchased the Dynalink RTA1025W and its wireless. I installed everything and connected the ethernet thing to my computer. My comp is windows 7, is HP and has already installed WLAN. But, the wireless isn't working. The router is placaed in one room of thehouse whereas the comp is placed in another, i mean as it is like this, you can still be able to achieve wireless right??
The problem is with my router, it cant reach far distances. You can only use it when you are in that room where the router is in order to get a good connection.
My comp does detect the wireless but is limited connection and when i try to connect to it, it says the ''key or passphrase is incorrect'', but it is correct, i typed the pssword in one hundred times but it still says that
Is there something wrong with the wireless on the modem??? I also have a win 7 laptop and when i connect to the router, its fine and the passowrd works, but when i move out of the room where the modem is, there is no more connection.
i dunno what to do, whats the problem? .. please help as i really need wireless ...
