Un-Rooting Nexus One from SuperOneClick Rooter?

I have a Nexus One 2.2.1 (FRG83) and rooted using SuperOneClick Rooter, because it was so easy to root with this program i was wondering if there was an easy way to un-root and that if unrooting after a root will give you back access to the OTA updates? Please help and give me the advise i really need
