ummmm fish swimming kinda sideways with eyes towards gravel?

i have 3 tiger barbs and one of them is kinda like on idle alive midway in the tank looking down swimming what is going on!?!!?!? only had them for like 3 days and the ph level was about 7.25 which is a little high but its a 6 day old tank and these fish are hardy so umm whats going on? I dont want my fish to die :( damn you petsmart!
 
The tank is six days old? I am confused since cycling it correctly, which is necessary or the fish will for sure all die from the ammonia spike, takes more than a month with NO fish in the tank.

If you did not cycle the tank correctly, change out at least a third of the water immediately and do that every day for at least the next month.
