I am 16 and I really want a cell phone with talk and text.
but my parents are still stuck in the stone ages and don't have them.
they said I could get a plan but I would have to pay for it.
I know the pay as you go phones are like 5 cents a text, and for someone my age that can add up quickly, is there something I could get were I could pay with cash and not need to be 18 or have a checking account?
