Currently I am attending school at Umass Amherst and I am not liking the school much. Therefore, I am curious to know how Emmanuel college is like in terms of the area and the academics. I am going to be a junior this upcoming semester, majoring in Biology (My GPA is 3.19).
The reason why I don't like Umass Amherst is because I hate dorming. I could never get along with the roommate(s) that I've had in the past. Also, I do not like big lectures because sometimes it is impossible to find a seat or the teacher does not teach well or does not speak loud enough. Overall, the school is just too big and I feel like there's party almost everyday. The reason why I am thinking of transferring to emmanuel is because I live like 30 minutes away from the school. I would rather commute than live at dorm. I do not know anything about this school therefore I am asking for advice.
So what should I do? Should I transfer or should I stay? (I was also thinking of Northeastern and BU, but those school are just way too expensive since I'm trying to save up to go to a pharmacy school after getting my bachelor degree in Biology)
