um i just wanted to know whether futakoi and futakoi alternative are the same anime...

...series or not? i just started watching this and im really enjoying it but im just still not sure whether futakoi and futakoi alternative are the same series meaning that season 1 and season 2 are they same animes but different seasons or are they same just the continuation..please help and no rude comments please...thank you
