I have UltraSoft Money and I'm trying to get Micosoft Money 2004 to do "automatic" bank updates via the web / online. However, when I go to enter my user name and passowrd into Microsoft Money, it tells me that my password (for my bank) MUST be exactly 4 characters. I know that my password for that same bank is 7 characters though.
Can anyone help or give me the contact of someone who can?
