Ultimate fate of the universe theories?

There's a lot of theories about how our universe is gonna end...What's your favorite one?

personally, I like the Big Rip Theory which states that everything will disintegrate and atoms will come apart, awesome.
 
the big rip is my favorite
isn't is called the big crunch where the universe suddenly shrinks making everything collide with each other.
