My wallet was stolen with my debit card in it. I bought some things at Ulta that I really want to return. The items aren't open or destroyed, I just don't want them. Will Ulta refund me, even though I don't have my debit card? Because I know they usually have to refund the money back into your ATM. I also have the receipt. Any ideas? Thank you.
