UKIP, a complete joke?

Let's face it. The UK has passed its peak, no longer the world-dominating head of an empire and declining as an economic superpower. Sure, it is a fantastic country - I won't refute that - free speech and equality are two things which people come from all over the world to enjoy here. But surely the UK needs to be part of an EU-wide club, not only to be ever-so-selfless and help out needy Eastern European countries, but to stay relevant in a world which is changing quickly and threatens to leave the poor Brits behind.

Besides scare stories about the dysfunctionality and corruption of the EU system, can UKIP honestly persuade people that it is better to leave Britain out of a club that could act as a safety net in future years?

They seem particularly insistent to say that they are not racist:
'Libertarian, non-racist party seeking Britain's withdrawal from the European Union.' - the UKIP website.

If you have seen some of their adverts, you might believe otherwise (talk about scaremongering bullshit): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qvkhtC-2fxc. Please do not take every 'fact' stated in the broadcast at face value.

The EU is, of course, not perfect, but leaving is clearly not the way to improve it or Britain.

Brown has already been picked to become the EU president.Reward for
selling us down the river.The money we would save leaving would be
colossal.Not just from what we pay.But legal fees having our own human
rights laws.No benefits to present EU citizens living in the country.No
need to house them,educate them,no NHS.Less in the classroom,less
etc etc etc.Brown and Mandelson saying we have to enter the Euro.What don't they understand about.No we don't.I talk about the majority not the minority PC brigade who's voice they use so they don't have to answer themselves.They are determined to take away all that is English because they know like their equally unelected,other
than being put in by the unelected corrupt in the EU.We stand for what
we do not get from either.Democracy.But Brown will be out over the
next 4 months and nothing that corrupt Traitor Mandelson says will help.They are finished.
 
One has to weigh up the COSTS of remaining in the EU. It is clearly not in our interests. We should work on the welfare of our own peoples before we go out to fulfil the dreams of others.
 
Don't be ridiculous. The difference between you lot and us, is that we will never give up, ever.

Take it how you like Frenchy. I'm a "black" UKIP supporter, and for as long as I breathe I will fight the cause for maintaining and re-inventing the Britain we once had.
 
We must get out of the EU because we are paying millions upon millions into it each year only for a bunch of foriegners in Brussels to dictate us & use our country as a toilet for the world's scumturds.
As for UKIP, they are another bunch of lying spineless crooks with their snouts in the trough. The BNP are the only worthy option to get us out of this mess & reclaim our streets from scum.
