**UK**will it be mental health team?when will admission to psych unit be advised?

I had emerg appt with psych-inpatient to a general psych unit was mentioned as a poss-hesaid hes goingto send local team out to see me and take it from there,I was in a bit of a state so didnt act ask who they are or what they are going to do?any ideas?also when will admission be advised??thanks.
