Hi,
I am having some problems with my credit card company and am currently going through a dispute process with them. I have been given very shoddy customer service and been poorly advised by them on mutiple occasions and wish to register a complaint with a higher authority.
I'm in the UK, so who would it be worthwhile complaining too? The General Consumer Council, the Financial Services Authority, or someone else?
Thanks in advance.
