I have a nokia 5800 which I'm happy with but my internet has stopped working - it doesn't even attempt to connect, it just goes straight back to the internet menu. I went to the shop I bought it from and they tried re-sending the internet package which didn't work so they suggested doing a software update. I did a software update but that didn't work and they did say to ring nokia support as they should send me a new one because it is probably a software fault but I don't know the number. Does anyone know what it is for the UK? They mentioned quickly there is a shortcut on the phone's keypad if anyone knows that? Also what is the customer support like? Is it worth ringing because otherwise I'm gonna have to probably cancel my current contract and get the same one again as I'm paying for unlimited internet and obviously I can't get it. I would be so grateful for answers! Thanks!
