UK Law - can I use defendant's emails as evidence in court?

A bit more info. This is a family court matter and I intend to present to the court (via my barrister) a range of evidence which proves vital information. The only thing is, this data is directly pulled from my ex's email account. She left it on a few weeks ago and I found it all when she went out, so forwarded it to my own account as evidence.

Will a judge accept this, or will they take the view that i've invaded her privacy? I think it proves some crucial points (sorry I can't be more specific).

no, you had no legal right to come by the emails, so you cannot produce it in court.

you coud try saying that she forwarded them to you?
