UK conveyancing. If an official copy is included in a Title Information Document then

why...? does this contradiction occur?:

From a Land Registry Fact Sheet:
"Status of the title information document
• The title information document will not be a document of title – it will be issued for information purposes only."

On an 'Official Copy':
"Under s.67 of the Land Registration Act 2002, this copy is admissible in
evidence to the same extent as the original"


information purposes only... yet admissible to the same extent as the original?

.... wat.
Furthermore, rather than say is included in a TID, is a TID not exactly the same thing as an official copy? and an office copy? thats 3 damn names for the same thing if true!
